A few days ago, HOdo received from the 6^th Plenary Session of the 17^th CYL Central Committee a piece of good news that HOdo CYL Committee Secretary Pu Zhuoya as one of the committee member candidates officially filled the vacancy of the 17^th CYL Central Committee member. Because of HOdo talent cultivation system highlighting fair competition and systematized election, Pu grew from a grassroots CYL cadre through the CYL central committee member candidate to the formal committee member while his growth process indicates further approval of HOdo CYL achievements.
